We strive to perform each custom project as if it is a critical in-house experiment since the satisfaction of our customers is the most important reason for our continued success. We offer the following service on a custom/contract basis : monoclonal antibody development, production, purification and characterization; immunoassay development and refinement in a number of different formats; polyclonal antisera purification and characterization; conjugation of small molecules and haptens onto carriers proteins; western blot analysis, ELISA and RIA characterization of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies; radio-labeling of proteins and peptides with 125 Iodine; and the analysis of samples by either RIA or western blot. Our many years of immunoassay development experience includes ELISA, EIA, radioimmunoassay (RIA), western blots, dot blots, immunoprecipitation, immunofluroescent assay (IFA), and a number of different assay formats, such as direct, indirect, sandwich, and competitive. |
