Terms and Conditions

Orders will be accepted by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, or mail. Confirming Purchase Orders must be clearly labeled "Confirming Order - Do Not Duplicate" to avoid duplication. We are not liable for duplicate shipments made from orders not clearly labeled.

When Placing An Order, Please Furnish The Following Information:

  • Your purchase order number
  • The complete product name and catalog number
  • The quantity being ordered
  • The ship to address and to whose attention the order should be sent
  • The bill to address for invoicing with the telephone number of your Accounts Payable Department.
  • Your name and telephone number, FAX number, and e-mail address

We accept Visa and Master Card credit and charge cards for orders placed by telephone or by FAX. We do not recommend sending credit card information over the internet or through e-mail. If paying by credit or charge card, the following information is also required.

  • Exact name as it appears on the card
  • Billing address
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Signed authorization

Prices are in US dollars and are current at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. However, no material will be shipped at a higher price without prior authorization from our customers.

Our terms are Net 30 days, FOB Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate line item. Orders for delivery in the USA will be shipped by Federal Express Standard Overnight or Second Day Air, unless instructed otherwise when the order is placed. Orders for delivery to a foreign country will be shipped by Registered Air Parcel Post, Air Freight or Courier: if the shipment contains an antibody or an IgG fraction, then an "Animal Products Export Certificate" is required and adds a documentation fee of $45.00 per shipment.

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but under no circumstances will returned material be accepted without prior authorization. Request for authorization should be made within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have a problem with one of our products. We will strive to resolve the problem quickly.

Our products are sold for Research Use Only and are not intended for use in humans, as drugs, or as diagnostics. Research and Diagnostic Antibodies will not be liable for any use that does not comply with our intent. Users are solely responsible for their compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and any other laws or regulations to which they may be subject. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that their use or application of the goods does not constitute an infrigement of any patent, copyright or trademark.
